Yes. The Starter tier is permanently free for catalogs up to 50 active listings. No card required.

Paid tiers come with a 14-day free trial. No card needed up front. We email a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No. Your subscription is the only thing you pay us. Listings, price updates, order syncs - everything is included in your plan.

Depends on your tier. Starter checks daily, Growth hourly, Professional sub-hourly. You can also run a check on a single product on demand, any time.

The price freezes rather than dropping to zero - your listing stays safe. You're notified so you can review the product.

When you add or publish a product, Delta checks it against what you already list. Duplicates are blocked before they hit eBay - which keeps your account in good standing.

Yes. Add products one at a time, paste a list, or drop a CSV. Delta drafts each listing with title, images, description, and price ready to review.

Enterprise customers get API access. Other tiers use the in-app UI only for now.

eBay's policy allows dropshipping where you are the seller of record and fulfil from a wholesaler. Reselling Amazon products typically falls outside that. We provide the tooling; you're responsible for staying compliant with eBay's seller policies in your region.

VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) is eBay's IP protection programme. Listings of protected brands risk takedowns and account suspensions. Delta flags restricted brands at import and blocks publish until you've cleared the warning.

Primary database is in the UK. Some service providers may store ancillary data outside the EU; the full list is on our sub-processors page.

Yes. Account deletion removes all your data within 30 days. Backup retention is documented in the privacy policy.

Yes. We sign DPAs on request and maintain a public sub-processors list. Email privacy@deltapp.com to request a DPA.
