Cookie Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

Deltapp uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. This page explains what they are, why we use them, and how to control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They are used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and (sometimes) understand how a site is used.

2. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary:session cookies set by our auth provider Clerk to keep you signed in. The site won't work without these.
  • Preferences: theme (light / dark mode) and your cookie consent choice itself.
  • Analytics (optional, off by default): if you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features are used. It sets its own cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) to measure aggregate, pseudonymous usage. The Google Analytics script and these cookies do not load unless you opt in via the cookie banner, and analytics runs only on our marketing site (deltapp.io), not inside the signed-in app.

3. Third-party cookies

If you opt in to analytics, Google (as our analytics provider) sets the cookies described above; Google processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and we do not enable Google's advertising or cross-site signals features. Embedded eBay or Amazon images do not currently set cookies on our domain. Our payment processor sets its own cookies on its own checkout pages (we do not handle payments directly).

4. Managing your choice

You can change your analytics consent at any time using the link below or by clearing site data in your browser. Essential cookies cannot be disabled because the app needs them to function.

5. Do Not Track

Analytics and other non-essential cookies are off until you opt in, so we load nothing for tracking unless you explicitly accept it via the cookie banner.

6. Changes

If we add cookies, we'll update this page and prompt you to re-consent where the new cookies are non-essential.
