Why should I trust Deltapp over AutoDS or Easync?+
Honest answer: at this stage we don't have AutoDS's user base. But we have features they don't (proper multi-variation listings done natively, multi-store on a single plan), and a Free tier you can actually evaluate with: 25 listings on daily sync, no time limit. Can I export my data and leave?+
Yes, anytime. Full CSV export of products, drafts, orders, and activity history. No lock-in. We think keeping users by being good beats keeping them by being closed.
How does the listing count work for multi-variation listings?+
Each child variant counts as one listing slot. A multi-variation listing with 5 sizes × 3 colours = 15 slots. This matches how eBay counts active listings and keeps the price tied to the work the system actually does.
How often do prices and stock update?+
All tiers including Free run daily automated sync - prices and stock refresh once a day, hands-off.
Can I switch tiers?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my listing limit?+
Existing listings stay live. You can keep importing drafts, but new listings can't go live until you upgrade or remove existing ones. Your settings page shows a usage meter so you always know where you stand.
Do you charge eBay or supplier fees on top?+
No. Our subscription is what you pay us. eBay fees, your supplier's order fees, and shipping go directly through their platforms.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
