Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These terms form the contract between you and Deltapp when you use deltapp.com or any related service. By signing up you accept them.

1. Account

  • You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. No sharing.
  • You must give us accurate information.

2. The service

Delta is software-as-a-service for automating Amazon-to-eBay reselling. We strive for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of Delta is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all the data you put into Delta (listings, drafts, orders). You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

5. Fees and payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annual).
  • All prices in GBP, VAT added where applicable.
  • Failed payments suspend the account after 7 days.
  • Refunds: unused portion of an annual plan can be refunded pro-rata on request.

6. Compliance with third-party platforms

Delta connects to eBay, Amazon, and other platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's policies (eBay seller policies, VeRO, Amazon ToS, etc). Delta provides tools but does not guarantee your account safety on those platforms.

7. Product and pricing data

Delta shows Amazon information (including price and stock availability) based on the most recent data it has gathered for each product. This data is refreshed periodically and at key points such as when you publish a listing, but it represents a point in time and may not always match the source marketplace in real time. You are responsible for reviewing your active listings and ensuring their price and availability remain accurate. Delta is not liable for sales fulfilled against source data that has since changed.

8. Intellectual property

Deltapp and the software, brand, and trademarks are ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either side can terminate at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy. On termination your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are notified to active accounts at least 14 days in advance.

This document is a working template. Final wording is pending legal review before public launch.
